DESCRIPTION:WELCA NEWS\nGood morning! Welcome to March\, Spring is just around the corner!! The Board met on February 16th\, with 6 members present. Chris Hunsaker will check on the plants we are having in late April. You will be able to purchase vegetable plants\, hanging baskets\, and flowers. They will be in on time for Mother’s Day. More details will be in April’s newsletter. \nChris Hunsaker also called Sailors & Soldiers Caring Facility to see if they could use some quilts. They  were very appreciative to receive them. Chris delivered 20 quilts. Instead of the Collectable Treasures\nwe had planned for in August\, we came up with something different. The Board will let you know in the July Newsletter.
