Come to our Movie Night!
It is time for our next Movie Night on Sunday, May 3rd. The movie’s name is “Faith of Angels”. It is based on a true story and rated one of the best faith-based movies of 2024. There will be a light dinner at 5:30 pm. The light dinner will consist of hot chicken sandwiches (with cheese slice on top), dill pickle slice, popcorn, Costco cookies, snacks, pop, and water. A free will donation will be taken, and any extra funds will go to the Sunday School. The movie will start around 6:15 pm. Please plan to join us and bring a comfy chair. This movie is great entertainment for all, come and see what “faith can accomplish”.
Film synopsis
A true story set in 1989 Utah, where ten-year-old Joshua Dennis becomes lost in the labyrinthine tunnels of the abandoned Hidden Treasure Mine. As search efforts intensify, John Skinner, a man with intimate knowledge of the mine, feels a divine prompting to assist in the rescue. Despite initial resistance from authorities, Skinner’s unwavering faith and determination lead him to navigate the perilous passages, guided by mysterious callings, in a race against time to save Joshua.
